14 days absence

This scenario checks if 14 days have passed since the subscriber's last visit to the site. If so, a message which we have previously configured is automatically sent to the subscriber to persuade him/her to return to the website.

To add your own content and graphics to the scenario, click the bell icon and then the "Edit campaign" button.

After adding the content, click on the "Save changes" button and activate the scenario with the toggle switch on the left. Then save your changes with the "Save" button in the upper right corner.
