Default notification will be displayed to your subscribers sporadically, e.g. if for technical reasons it is not possible to send the campaign you have planned. There can be several reasons for the default notification to appear:
Bad service worker script (a script of a different provider is also plugged in / migration time - after migrating subscribers, wait 1 day for the service worker to be updated on your subscribers' browsers);
Poor network connection or closed connection between our servers while downloading messages (we try to download the message from our servers up to 5 times).
