I made a payment but my account is still blocked

Adding funds to your account can be done in two ways:

  • through the application - funds are added to your account immediately

  • through making a fund transfer - the application does not receive information about the transfer and so the accounting process takes more time

To shorten the time it takes for funds to be reflected in your account, send confirmation of the transfer to support@pushpushgo.com.
