How do we work?

Stage 1. Free consultation

Duration: ~30 minutes
What to expect during the consultation:
  • We’ll talk through your business goals and specific needs.
  • You’ll get a walkthrough of the platform’s key features.
  • We’ll ask about your company’s decision-making process so we can align the implementation with your internal workflow and engage the right stakeholders at the right time.
  • We’ll plan a tailored demo and discuss starting a test. Additional meetings can be scheduled if needed.
What you’ll receive after the first meeting:
  • An estimate of potential results based on your use case
  • If requested at this stage, we can also provide: draft contracts, a summary of data we process, a customized push strategy (web and/or mobile), API documentation and SDK, any other materials you may need to evaluate PushPushGo.

Stage 2. Product demo

Duration: ~45-60 minutes
What to expect during the consultation:
  • A live walkthrough of the platform tailored to your goals
  • Hands-on demonstrations of features like campaign builder, segmentation, automation, and analytics
  • Practical insights into optimizing your customer communication strategy

Stage 3. Test phase

Duration: up to 30 days
If you decide to move forward, the trial length depends on your plan:
Enterprise and Pro plans: 30 days
During the test phase, a dedicated Account Manager will guide you through:
  • Account setup
  • Platform onboarding
  • Strategy implementation
    They’ll be your go-to person for questions, support, and maximizing the value of your trial from day one.
Basic plan: 14 days
During the test period, you’ll receive email support and, if needed, have access to paid consultations with an Account Manager.
